Incentive Terms and Conditions:
1Groups must utilize 400+ rooms on peak for at least two consecutive nights in one of the designated need periods: July, August, September, November and December of 2024; March, June, July, August, September, and December of 2025; February, July, August, September, and December of 2026. 210% discount only applies to in-house audio visual master bills.3Room nights must arrive on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday and stay for two consecutive nights with meeting dates that occur in the year for the year before December 31, 2024.
Small Meetings Incentive: This incentive offer applies to Groups utilizing one or more participating Visit Richmond VA Tourism Improvement District hotels for groups with 50-250 guest rooms on peak for two consecutive nights. The incentive will be paid to the group directly within 60 days post-event. Valid for new business only that meeting date occurs before December 31, 2024, and is not applicable to previously contracted business. Sales lead must originate with the Visit Richmond, VA Sales Team or eligible hotel(s) must provide the event RFP to request Visit Richmond, VA promotional assistance. Once approved by Visit Richmond, VA, the hotel can offer the promotion to the client as long as the lead and fully executed hotel contract is shared with the Visit Richmond, VA sales manager. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotional offers from Visit Richmond, VA. Visit Richmond, VA reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time and funds are used on a first come, first served basis.
Citywide Incentive: This incentive offer applies to Groups utilizing one or more participating Visit Richmond VA Tourism Improvement District hotels for a minimum of 400 guest rooms on peak for two consecutive nights. The incentive selected will be paid to the group directly within 60 days post-event. Valid for new business only with meeting dates that occur in a designated need period, and is not applicable to previously contracted business. Sales lead must originate with the Visit Richmond, VA Sales Team, and venue and hotel contractual agreements must be shared in order to issue a LOI to confirm the incentive before December 31, 2024. The incentive cannot be combined with other incentive offers from Visit Richmond, VA. Visit Richmond, VA reserves the right to cancel the incentive at any time and funds are used on a first come, first served basis
